Use Minecraft's Netty

it's not netty itself it's netty-incubator-codec-quic which MC doesn't use for obvious reasons

I don't bundle the part of netty that mc ships with

strange issue

Same issue.

Error occurs when player tried to join a hosting world have any form of datapacks, not ensure if it happens in pure vanilla side.
