049c9a3b97 Avoid two-step rendering of statuses as much as possible 
Cache width shared by Video player, MediaGallery and Cards at the
ScrollableList level, pass it down through StatusList and Notifications.

acb3d5b7aa Don't prevent opening links in tabs with keyboard modifiers 
Ctrl+click usually allows opening a link in a new tab. This
was prevented for hashtag or user links in toots.
