cb33960e0e Fix #204, fix #515 - URL truncating is now a style so copypasting is not 
affected, replaced onClick handler with onMouseUp/Down to detect text

4d39cc7bf9 Add /api/v1/notifications/clear, non-existing link cards for statuses will 
now return empty hash instead of throwing a 404 error. When following,
merge into timeline will filter statuses
