Merge branch 'main' into glitch-soc/merge-upstream

Conflicts:
- `app/models/media_attachment.rb`:
Upstream moved hardcoded values around, while in glitch-soc they are
  configurable.
Moved them like upstream, but keeping glitch-soc's ability to configure
  them through env vars.
