Timed out constantly #49

Not sure what is causing it, but my players are being timed out constantly, sometimes the mod works flawlessly, sometimes it doesn't. Might be related to my PC or my internet, not sure but here are the relevant logs:

If it isn't the mod, was hoping I could still get help in figure it out, I tried looking at my firewall and made sure javaw.exe was allowed on both Private and Public, so no idea what is causing it. Full log posted below(After quitting the game).
