I think server should give you persistent address like username.e4mc.link, and because minecraft usernames are unique there will be no conflicts. For cracked/offline users we can use previous random method or generate some key will be sent to client to generate same random address. This will be useful as some mods use server ip to store their data like any minimap mod or distant horizons, and users don't have to share new address on each game session.
